  • Shipping & Delivery

  • At this time, MTS - Jacksonville ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, MTS - Jacksonville ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    Products are normally shipped via UPS Ground from our Florida facility. However, some orders may be shipped directly from our vendors. Next Day and 2-Day expedited deliveries are available, but are dependent on product availability and potential shipping restrictions. If you need expedited shipping, please call customer service at 1-904-838-1081. Heavy, oversize or multiple piece orders will generally incur higher shipping charges.


  • Return Policy
  • In general, MTS of Jacksonville will accept returns of product purchased from us. However, due to the special nature of certain medical products, there are certain restrictions on returnable product. We do no accept returns of: Products returned more than 30 days after the date of the sale. Products that been used. Any item purchased on "special order". Regulated hazardous chemicals or reagents. Products returned in defaced, opened, damaged or other than original packaging. Any temperature-sensitive/refrigerated products. Product that is returned is subject to a minimum 15% Restocking Fee. To return a product, please call customer service at 1-904-838-1081 to receive a Return Authorization and receive instructions on how to ship the product back.
